Tell City, Indiana - Kearstin M. Parker, 16, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2015. She was born in Jasper, Indiana, on June 21, 1998. She was part of a family that had lived in different parts of the world including Dubai and South Korea and had visited countries including Bejing, China. She was a junior at Perry Central High School and enjoyed shopping, participating in pageants, deer hunting and riding four wheelers. Kearstin was active with the Perry County Warriors, a group helping local children with cancer. She worked at Baby Bloomers Daycare and was looking forward to another year working at Holiday World. Kearstin is survived by her parents, Tiffany Briggeman (Josh) and Steve Parker, Jr. (Kimberly); sisters, Qadence Briggeman and Brinna Parker; brothers, Christian and Justin Hagan; grandparents, Steve and Loretta Parker, Danny Senn (Amber), Teresa Glenn, Mike and Donna Briggeman and Sheila Whitehead; great grandparents, Rose Parker, Carl and Roberta Chapman, Dora Senn and Barbara Wallace and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceding her in death were her grandparents, C.M. and Virginia Haney and great grandparents, Fannie Alvey, Wilbur C. "Wib" Parker, Earl Senn and Myron Wallace. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 27, 2015, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with visitation from 2:00 until 8:00 PM on Sunday and from 9:00 AM until service time on Monday. Rev. Dr. Elmer Shelby will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to Perry County Relay For Life.
