Kathy Harrison

Rome, Indiana - Kathy J. Harrison, 59, passed away at 5:10 PM on Monday at her home in Rome. She was born in Cannelton on March 19, 1948. Her parents were the late Eugene and Ava (Winn) Polk. Also preceding her in death was a half brother, Bobby Graves. Kathy married Larry Harrison in Tell City on September 21, 1964. She worked at Oakwood Health Campus until disability forced her retirement. Kathy had previously worked at Perry County Memorial Hospital for over twenty years. She enjoyed pitching horseshoes, horses and spending time with family and friends. Surviving: Husband - Larry ""Rick"" Harrison, Rome, Indiana Daughter - Beverly Harrison, Troy, Indiana Son - R. Wayne Harrison, Rome, Indiana Brother - Fred Polk, Tell City, Indiana Several grandchildren Two great grandchildren Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 20, 2007, at Huber Funeral Home, Cannelton Chapel, with burial in Gilliland Cemetery near Derby. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
