Kathy Embry

Tell City, Indiana - Kathy J. Embry, 52, passed away on Friday, February 20, 2015, at Riverside Manor in Calhoun, Kentucky. She was born in Tell City, Indiana, on April 4, 1962. Her father, Melvin Bolin, survives her and her mother, Patricia Dianne (Russell) Bolin preceded her in death. She worked as a caregiver for the elderly before her illness forced her to give that up. She enjoyed yard work and riding motorcycles. She is survived by her father, Melvin Bolin (Peggy), Tell City; daughter, Crystal Mattingly, Owensboro, Kentucky; sons, Ricky Keeton (Gina), Santa Claus, Paul Keeton, Owensboro, Kentucky, Johnny DeWitt, Mayfield, Kentucky and Robert Alvey, Owensboro, Kentucky; brothers, Doug Bolin (Suzette), Holland, Kevin Bolin (LaDonna), David Bolin (Lisa), Huntingburg and Darrell Bolin (Robin), Owensboro, Kentucky and thirteen grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM on Monday, February 23, 2015, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with visitation from 2:00 until 7:00 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Riverside Manor Activity Fund.
