Joyce Mccomas

Evansville, Indiana Joyce Lee McComas, 55, of Evansville,Indiana, passed away on May 12, 2006 at VNA Charlier Hospice. She was born December 26, 1950 in Hancock County, Kentucky and grew up in Iowa, moving to Indiana during her teen years. Joyce was raised by her special father, Ezra Jones. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed listening to country music and going to movies. Survived by: Husband of 28 years, Pat McComas, Evansville, IN Daughter: Natalie McComas, Evansville, IN Sisters: Vicky Sturgeon, St. Croix, IN Patty Altman, Branchville, IN Brothers: Dale Jones, Wheaton, IN Gary Jones, Tell City, IN Doyle Jones, St. Croix, IN Rick Jones, Loogootee, IN She was preceded in death by her parents, Louise (Huff) and Preston McManaway. Funeral Services will be held at Noon Monday, May 15, 2006 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with the Rev Steve Clayton officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Tell City, Indiana. Friends may visit with the family after 10:00 AM Monday until the service time at Huber Funeral Home Tell City Chapel. Visitation in Evansville will be 2 PM until 6 PM Sunday, May 14, 2006 at Browning Funeral Home, 738 Diamond Avenue, Evansville, IN 47711.
