John Mogan

Derby, Indiana John Mike Mogan, 50, formerly of Derby, passed away at 11:00 PM Saturday, May 16, 2009 at his home in Marengo, Indiana. John Mike was born July 17, 1958, son of the late Charles Mogan and June Thomas Mogan. He was also preceded in death by his step-father, Dwight Ramsey and a sister, Starr Windell. John was a graduate of Perry Central High School and worked in sawmills until he retired due to disability. John enjoyed digging yellow root and ginseng. He loved the outdoors and working in the woods. John is survived by one sister, Charlene ""Doody"" Edwards, Magnet, Indiana Four brothers, Billy Mogan, Derby, Indiana Charlie Mogan, Derby, Indiana Darrell ""Bear"" Ramsey, Derby, Indiana Travis Ramsey, Corpus Christi, Texas Several nieces and nephews Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 23, 2009 at Huber Funeral Home, 1139 12th Street, Tell City, Indiana with burial in Derby Cemetery. Rev. Loren Sweeney will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Derby Cemetery.
