Jewett Leonard

Doolittle Mills, Indiana Jewett Leonard, 84, passed away at 3:30 PM Friday, December 2, 2005 at Lakeview Manor in Indianapolis, Indiana. Jewett was born September 25, 1921 the son of the late Roy and Sadie (Sweeney) Leonard. Also preceding him in death was a brother, Joseph Leonard in 1994 and a nephew, Paul J. Leonard in 2003. A Perry County farmer, he had been employed by the United States Forestry Service and worked on the local Interstate 64 construction project. Survived by: One niece: Mary Alice Leonard, Avon, Indiana Funeral services will be 10:00 AM EST Tuesday, December 6, 2005 at Huber Funeral Home-Tell City Chapel with burial in Bethany Cemetery near English, Indiana. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 PM Monday and from 9:00 to 10:00 AM Monday at Huber Funeral Home-Tell City Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Cemetery.
