Tell City, Indiana Jessie Billingslea, 67, passed away April 13, 2017 at Sliver Memories Healthcare in Versailles, Indiana. Graveside services will be at 10AM Wednesday at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 until 7:00 PM Tuesday at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel.
