Jerry Smitson

Tell City, Indiana Jerry Smitson, 53, formerly of Tell City, passed away March 20, 2013 in St. Petersburg, Fla. He was born September 18, 1959 in Perry County son of the late John Smitson, Sr. and Sarah (Lasher) Conner. Also preceding him in death were 2 grandchildren. Jerry did his own art work and enjoyed fishing and arrow head hunting. He is survived by his children; Crystal Conder, Heather Smitson, Rodney Smitson and Darique Smitson; brother, John Smitson Jr.,; sisters, Kathy Poole and Kim Jackson; 7 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Huber Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
