Jerome Blandford

Tell City, Indiana –

Jerome S. Blandford, 38, passed away unexpectedly on December 5, 2023, from heart related issues.

He went to Perry Central High School and was presently working at Masterbrand, Inc.

Jerome loved the Green Bay Packers, his dog, Shelby, listening to music, going to concerts and anything to do with cars. He adored his nieces and nephews and always looked forward to spending time with them.

His surviving family members includes his siblings, Lisa Wright (Brad Schulthise), Sasha Bolin (Jacob), Abigail Brock (Chris Anderson) and Sean Blandford; stepfather, Donald Schaefer (Courtney); grandfather, Kevin Ballis; nieces and nephews, Jakob, Creek, Heaven-Leigh, Savannah, Llana and Jaxon and great niece and nephew, Grayson and Elayna. His mother, Dorothy M. (Masterson) Schaefer and his father, Jerome Todd Blandford preceded him in death, along with his brother, Richard Schaefer.

A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, December 8, 2023, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with visitation from 2:00 PM until service time. He will be buried, later, alongside his mother and brother at Lilly Dale Cemetery in Gatchel.
