Evansville, Indiana Jack ""J.C."" Madden, 18, passed away on November 12, 2008, at Deaconess Hospital. He was born in Evansville, Indiana, on January 26, 1990. J.C. worked at G.D. Ritzy's and enjoyed reading, computers, video games, collecting knives and hanging out with friends. Surviving: Father - Jack Madden, Evansville, Indiana Sister - Danielle ""D.D."" Clements Brother - Anthony Clements Grandmother - Sharon Williams, Tell City, Indiana Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Saturday, November 15, 2008, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with burial in Lilly Dale Cemetery in Gatchel, Indiana. Visitation will be from 12:30 PM until service time on Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Pastor Harry McDonald will officiate.
