Bristow, Indiana James Michael Baker, 71, passed away February 5, 2021 at Scenic Hills at the Monastery. He was born in Tacoma, Washington to James Loral Lake and Evabelle Baker. James was a Vietnam Army Veteran and had worked in roofing for over 30 years. He was a member of Bristow United Pentecostal Church and enjoyed making latch hook rugs, painting and riding his motorcycle with the Azusa Street Riders. Surviving are his children, Felicia Coughan (Andy), Seattle, WA, Valerie Sagella, Puyallup, WA, Micahel Baker and John Baker, both of Tacoma, WA; sisters, Eva Skinner, Evansville, Carol Lake, Bristow and Penny Baldwin, Tacoma, WA; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death were his parents; a brother, Edmund Lake and a sister, Linda Cornman. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Bristow United Pentecostal Church. Pastor Clarence Enmen will officiate. Huber Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
