Bland, Sr., step father, Bill Powers, sister, Dena Powers, son, Joe Bland, step brother, Billy Powers A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 9, 2009, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Cannelton with burial in Lamb Cemetery in Rome. Rev. Barnabas Gillespie, OSB, will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday and from 8:30 AM until 9:30 AM on Wednesday at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. There will be a parish prayer service at 7:45 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael Catholic Church Restoration Fund.
