Glen Lewis

Santa Claus, Indiana Glen E. Lewis, 82, passed away January 27, 2015 at Twin Rivers Nursing and Rehabilitation in Owensboro. He was born in Randolph County, WV , December 11, 1932, son of the late Arnold Ray and Juanita (Lewis) Lewis. Also preceding her in death were his brothers, Allan, Guy, Harry and Charles Lewis, sisters, Donna Brandt and Lillian DeWitt. Glen had worked for Union Local # 1242 doing construction for 40 years. He enjoyed turkey and deer hunting and playing golf. He is survived by his wife Agnes (Harbaville) Lewis; daughter, Christine Nowak, Clinton, OH; step-daughter, Sandy Shearn, Magnet, IN; step-sons, Mark Thomas, Owensboro, KY and Ret. Lt. Col. Gaylord Thomas, Guthrie, OK; sister, Linda McCollum, Elkins, WV; brothers, Arnold R. "Bud" Lewis, Okachobee, FL, Paul Lewis, Morgantown, WV and Alfred "Samp" Lewis, Beverly, WV; granddaughter, Kimberly Davis; great grandson, Bryan Thomas Davis. Funeral services will be held near Akron, Ohio. Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel will be handling his arrangements.
