Frieda Dauby-Seabolt

Tell City, Indiana - Frieda H. (Hinton) Dauby-Seabolt, 100, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2015, at St. Anthony's Hospice Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson, Kentucky. She was born in Tell City on December 20, 1914. Her parents were the late James E. and Rosa M. (Anderson)Hinton. Also preceding her in death was her first husband, Vernie Dauby; daughter, Doris Adams; son; Donald Rhodes; brothers, Bill, John, Earl and Kenny Hinton; sisters, Lilly Hinton, in infancy, Lucille Kelly, Mary Wallenmeyer, and Ada Blinzinger; granddaughter, June Adams. Frieda retired from Chrysler Corporation in St. Louis and was a member of Deer Creek Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Surviving are her husband, Roy Seabolt; sisters, Alice Criss, Lamar and Ruth Huff, Tell City; grandchildren, Kevin Adams, Susan Jordan, Sherry Rhodes, Donald Rhodes and David Rhodes; several great grandchildren and and great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 4, 2015, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 7:00 on Tuesday and from 12:00 until 2:00 PM on Wednesday. Rev. Dr. Elmer Shelby will officiate.
