Faith Brumfield

Tell City, Indiana - Faith Y. Brumfield, 54, passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2015, at her home. She was born in Tell City, Indiana, on September 15, 1961, the daughter of Thomas Hammack and the late Jan (McKim) Hammack. Also preceding her in death was her first husband, Steven E. Mundy. Faith was a graduate of Mitchell High School where she was in the baton corp. She was gifted at baton twirling and had won many competitions. Faith owned and operated Hair By Faith and enjoyed her work as a hairdresser. She loved animals but spending time with and taking care of her family was what meant the most to her. Surviving are her husband, Jeff Brumfield; parents, Tom and Carolyn Hammack; children, Steven Shane Mundy, Brittney Emerson, Cassidy Barnhill, Kristi James and Blaze Brumfield; brother, Clint Hammack and grandchildren, Evan Mundy and Rilee and Hollee Emerson. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with visitation from 3:00 PM until service time. Memorial contributions may be made to Perry County Animal Shelter.
