Tell City, Indiana Etta Rose (LaGrange) Patton, 87, of Tell City passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Golden Living Center. She was born on December 9, 1928 to the late Levi and Florence (Doogs) LaGrange. Also preceding her in death are brothers, Russell and Carroll LaGrange and many aunts, uncles, cousins and a great niece. In the past, her hobbies were playing cards and bingo. Her favorite pastime was reading and visiting with family. She was originally from the St. Croix area, but had lived at Twilight Towers in Tell City for twenty-five years and most recently at Golden Living Center. Etta Rose was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, VFW auxiliary and the Daughters of Isabella. Etta Rose is survived by two sisters, Shirley Feldpausch (Bill) of Fulda, IN; Darlene Hubert (Sam) of Leopold, IN; four brothers, Ovalee LaGrange (Dorothy) of Tell City; Bob LaGrange (Carol) of Danville, IN; Jerry LaGrange (Janet) of Tell City and Kenny LaGrange (Diana) of Tell City and 32 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Holy Cross Catholic Church in St. Croix, IN with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is from 3:00 - 7:00 PM Monday and 9:00 - 10:00 AM Tuesday at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel where the Daughters of Isabella will conduct a memorial service at 6:30 on Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children's Hospital or a favorite charity.
