Doolittle Mills, Indiana Ervin Dewayne Enlow, 67, passed away on December 13, 2022 at his home, surrounded by his family and friends. He was born in Huntingburg, Indiana on May 24, 1955 to Otis and Lucille (Ball) Enlow. Ervin was united in marriage on November 15, 1975 to Debra Hensley. He had worked as a logger for Southern Construction in St. Croix for 27 years. Ervin enjoyed rabbit hunting, drinking coffee and making people laugh. He loved nothing more than having a house full of family and friends. Surviving is his wife of 47 years, Debbie Enlow, Doolittle Mills; his children, Jeremy and Ron Enlow, Doolittle Mills, Kami Persinger (Ricky), Grantsburg, Philip "Pete" Enlow (Melissa Poe), Milltown and Ashley Walker (Kabe Beckman), English; grandchildren, Taten Enlow, Braxton Persinger, Abby, Mason and Bo Enlow, Trenton and Jacob Walker, Brody Enlow and Chandler Poe; mother, Lucille Enlow, Doolittle Mills; brothers, Otis "Buster" Enlow, Gerald Enlow (Judy), Jeff Enlow, Jim Enlow, Charlie Enlow, Shelby Enlow (Rhonda Carter) all of Doolittle Mills and sisters, Rose Hall, St. Croix and Jane Enlow, Louisville. He is preceded in death by his father, Otis Enlow and siblings, David Enlow, Addie Sturgeon and Shelly Enlow. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM CST on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Brother Gene King will officiate. Burial will follow in Enlow Cemetery, near Uniontown. Visitation will be Friday from 3:00-7:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
