Elsie Mcmanaway

Tell City, Indiana Elsie M. McManaway, 77, passed away Monday July 23, 2012 at Oakwood Health Campus. She was born May 27, 1935 in Perry County daughter of the late Fred and Edith (McFall) Bland. Elsie was united in marriage December 13, 1952 in Cloverport to Bennie McManaway. Bennie passed away in 1992. Also preceding her in death were her sisters, Katie Southwood and Ada Belle Smith, brothers, Earl McFall and Hargis Bland, and granddaughter, Jenny Flamion. She retired from General Electric after over 25 years of service. Elsie enjoyed watching television, working on puzzles, boating and spending time with her pug ""Baby Girl"". She is survived by daughters; Wanda Little (Anthony Brown), Tell City, Janet Flamion, Tell City, and Karen Irwin (Steve), Tell City; son, Danny McManaway, Tell City; sister, Mary Cronin, Troy; 6 grandchildren, Jeremy Little (Jill), Jason Little (Toni), Lori Hammond (Kurt), Monica Flamion, Isaac McManaway (Lori) and Steven Irwin, Jr.; 10 great grandchildren, Hunter Gardebrecht, Jay and Jazmyne Little, Karson Hammond, Rileigh Irwin, Bailey and Zach Little, Breana Mahaney, Brookyn and Bryce McManaway. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Bro. Oliver Sanders will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 8:00 PM on Wednesday and from 10:00 AM until service time on Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital or Jimmy Swaggart Ministries.
