Eddyth Terry

Tell City, Indiana Eddyth Terry, 85, passed away Friday, January 27, 2012 at Perry County Memorial Hospital. She was born in Gatchel December 13, 1926 daughter of the late Richard and Elsie (Hendershot) Howell. Also preceding her in death was her husband Ira Terry in 1992, and two brothers, Evan and Linus Howell. A graduate of Tell City High School, Eddyth retired in 1986 from General Electric after 43 years. She was a member of Lilly Dale Church of Christ. Eddyth enjoyed sewing, quilting, crocheting, canning, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by two daughters; Jane Ann Brumfield, Tell City and Debbie Kuntz, Evanston; two sons, Houston Smith, Leopold and Allen Smith, Orlando, Fla; nine grandchildren, LeAnn Jackson, Randi Hagedorn, Ammar Smith, Museafa Smith, Travis Wheatley, Stevi Evrard, Ryan Wheatley, Courtney Kuntz and Cody Kuntz and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Lilly Dale Church of Christ with burial in the church cemetery. Bro. Eddie Olberding will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 7:00 PM on Monday and from 9:00 until 10:30 AM on Tuesday at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or Lilly Dale Church of Christ.
