Donald Humphrey

Tell City, Indiana - Donald Ray Humphrey, 57, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at his home. He was born May 26, 1955 in Logansport son of the late Vernon E. and Hilda (Bolin) Humphrey. He was born on May 26, 1955, in Logansport, Indiana, son of the late Vernon Eugene Humphrey and Hilda Jean (Bolin) Humphrey. Don served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy and was a 20-year member of Indiana National Guard. He was a member of House of Prayer and enjoyed fishing, woodworking and riding 4-wheelers. Surviving are his wife, Velma Humphrey; daughter, Melody Bowman; grandson, Michael Poehlein; brothers, David Humphrey and Steve Humphrey. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with visitation from 3:00 until 8:00 PM on Friday and from 10:00 AM until service time on Saturday. Pastor David Nix will officiate. Memorials may be made to Perry County Humane Society.
