David Fulkerson

Tell City, Indiana David J. Fulkerson, 44, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2013 at University of Louisville Hospital. He was born December 11, 1968 in Tell City, son of the late Estil Dawson and Elaine Alexander. He was also preceded in death by a brother Joshua. He had worked at Elmer Buchta Trucking and attended Tell City Church of Christ. David is survived by his wife, Jana (Koch) Fulkerson, Holland, Indiana; daughters, Francheska "Frankie" Vogt, Cannelton, Indiana, Crystal Stanley, Holland, Indiana and Amy Chambers, Holland, Indiana; son, Chuck McAllister, Huntingburg, Indiana; sister, Suzanne Dawson-Seiler, Cannelton, Indiana; brother, Stephen Dawson, Evansville, Indiana; uncle, Jim Adkins, Tell City, Indiana; nephew, Taylor Alexander; 7 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM on Monday, April 22, 2013 at Tell City Church of Christ. Bro. Ben Rake will officiate. Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel is handling the arrangements. Burial will be at a later date in Lilly Dale Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Tell City Church of Christ.
