Darlene Brock

Tell City, Indiana Darlene Faye Brock, 70, passed away on February 20, 2023 at Oakwood Health Campus. She was born in Tell City on June 2, 1952 to Murl and Anna (Kirk) Brock. She retired from Decora (now Masterbrand). Darlene had attended Gospel Tabernacle in Cannelton and was a member of the Harry G. Myers American Legion Post #142 Auxiliary, where she loved playing bingo. She loved her dog Boomer and playing card games with her family. Surviving is her daughter, Leann McCallister (Keith), Tell City; grandchildren, Anna Seifert (Coty), Chase McCallister (Princess) and Kelsey Ramsey (Alex); great grandchildren, Norah and Eloise Seifert; sisters, Sharon Kyle (Paul), Jasper and Bonnie Herrmann (Rusty), Tell City and a brother, Wayne Brock (Brenda), Dale. Preceding her in death were her parents and siblings, Mary Seals, Mildred Leistner, Ardella Kieser, Francis Hammack, Don Brock, Arlie Brock, Dow Brock, Junior Brock and Thelma Rothgerber. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM CST on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Huber Funeral Home. Pastor Dea Goad will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Evangelical United Church of Christ Benevolent Fund.
