Claude Bolin

Tell City, Indiana Claude W. "Bill" Bolin, 88, passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at Golden Living Center Lincoln Hills. He was born in Perry County January 2, 1924 son of the late Hubert and Laura (Shephard) Bolin. Also preceding him in death were two brothers, Forrest and Hubert Bolin, Jr. A U.S. Army veteran serving in WWII, Bill worked at Youngstown Cabinet Company for many years. He is survived by a brother, Eugene Hicks (Linda) and a niece Vicky Spear (Scott), and a great nephew Evan Spear, all of Tell City. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday, September 21, 2012 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel with burial in Troy City Cemetery. Pastor Ben Rake will officiate. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 7:00 PM on Thursday and from 9:00 until 11:00 AM Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Widow's Barrel Food Pantry, c/o Community Christian Church.
