Christine Mullins

Christine Mullins, passed away June 8, 2022 at Perry County Memorial Hospital. She was born in Cleveland, TN, March 23, 1949, daughter of Oscar and Annie (Jackson) Smith. Christine loved being with her family and listening to them play music. She could be a little hard headed at times, loved her Dr. Pepper and watching Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman and Two and a Half Men on television. Christine woke up happy most days, always thankful for what she had. She is survived by her children; Chris Cross (Heather), David Cross (Melody), both of Lewisport, KY and Mary Ella Smith, Cleveland, TN; siblings, Jack Smith (Linda), Debra Medford (Bob), Hoyt Smith, and Linda Drotzur, all of Cleveland, TN; 6 grandchildren, Jessica Fredrick, Amy York (Anthony), Michael Poehlein (Brandy), Ashley Richesin, Kristen Richesin, and Devon Goldman; 14 great grandchildren and 5 great -great grandchildren. Also preceding her in death, besides her parents, was her husband James A. "Jim" Mullins, whom their children fondly called "Pops"; siblings, L.V. Smith, Arnold Smith, Marie Smith, Nancy Vines and Fandora Waters and a grandson, Bub Evans. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM CDT Friday, June 10, 2022 at Huber Funeral Home, 1139 12th Street, Tell City, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Bro. Mike Schuler will officiate. Visitation will be from 12:00 until 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
