Charles Masterson, Sr.

Charles L. Masterson, Sr., 58, passed away May 15, 2014 at Perry County Memorial Hospital. He was born in Fairfield, California, March 6, 1956 son of the late William T. and Lucille K. (Perkins) Masterson. Charles was also preceded in death by his brother in infancy, William Arthur "Buddy" Masterson. A U.S. Navy veteran, he served during the VietNam conflict. He enjoyed riding his scooter and fishing. He is survived by daughters; Heather and Katie Masterson Cannelton; son, Charles L. "Chuck" Masterson, Jr.(Jennifer), Somerville ; sisters, Linda Arnold, Shelbyville, Sandy Fenton, Shelbyville, Dianna Masterson, Evansville, Saretha Blake, Columbus, Shelly Gagliardi, Cannelton; brothers, Billy Masterson, Cannelton and Thomas VanCleave, Shelbyville; three grandchildren, Allison, Payton and Kourtney Masterson. There will be no visitation or funeral services at Huber Funeral Home, Cannelton Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that the memorials contributions be given to Huber Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
