Carolyn Murphy

Carolyn Sue Murphy, 77, passed away on March 22, 2021. She was born January 21, 1944 in Cannelton, daughter of the late Otis and Dorothy (Hanselman) Wint. Carolyn retired from General Electric. She enjoyed being with her cat, Smoky and dog, Abby and especially her family. Carolyn loved to travel and watch TV. She loved Jody's sweet potato casserole, Pepsi, popcorn and fuzzy PJ's. She is survived by her daughter, Kim Scott; sister, Pat Jellison; grandchildren, Amber (Jody) Harris, April Northerner, Zach Jacob, Ishmael Scott and great grandchildren, Devante Harris, Taylor Sturgeon, Ashton Perrone, Kaden Hall, Brennon Greathouse and Olivia Northerner. Preceding her in death was her husband, Bert Murphy, daughters, Michelle Fiers and Pam Schaefer, grandson Tyler Greathouse and sister Jackie Cail. As per Carolyn's wishes there will be no services. Huber Funeral Home is assisting with her arrangements.
