Carolyn Malone

Grandview, Indiana Carolyn Sue Malone, 67, passed away June 29, 2015 at her home. She was born in Tell City, September 7, 1947, daughter of the late August and Agnes (Turner) Bolin. Also preceding her in death was a brother, Bob Bolin and sister, Doris "Jeannie" Lane. She was a U.S. Air Force veteran and worked for Accent Marketing. Carolyn enjoyed computer games, especially playing Pioneer Trail, flower and vegetable gardening, crocheting and crafts. Carolyn is survived by her husband James A. Malone, Sr.; sons, Bob Dixon, Mascoutah, IL and Kristoffer Malone, Grandview; daughter, Krystitha Smothers, Grandview; sisters, Sandra Lumpkins and Barb Austin, both of Cannelton; brother, Jerry Bolin, Cannelton; two grandchildren, Nolan and Drew Dixon. As per Carolyn's request there will be no visitation or services. Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel is handling her arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Spencer County Humane Society.
