Candy Hay

Tell City, Indiana Candy Lynn (Russell) Hay, 52, passed away April 14, 2017. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 21, 1964 to the late Carolyn (Knable) Powers and Larry Russell, who survives. A 1982 graduate of Cannelton High School, she later attended USI, earning a degree in nursing. Candy had worked for Hillcrest in Owensboro, Kentucky. She enjoyed being outdoors, camping, hiking, boating and spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving are her sons, Ryan Evrard, Tell City and Anthony Evrard, Evansville; grandchildren, Bryce Stephens and Olivia Phillips; lifelong companion and friend, Rob Hay, Tell City; father, Larry Russell, Tell City; brothers, Gordon Powers and Chuck Russell, both of Tell City. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 4, 2017 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Huber Funeral Home, Cannelton Chapel.
