Brenda Sabelhaus

Tell City, Indiana - Brenda J. Sabelhaus, 58, passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2011, at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany. She was born on October 2, 1952, in Perry County. She was a 1970 graduate of Tell City High School and a 1974 graduate of University of Evansville. Brenda was the manager of a Speedway convenience store in Louisville, Kentucky and enjoyed sports, animals, especially her dogs, Frosty and Peanut. Surviving is her step father, Bob Martin, Tell City; sisters Melissa and Melody Sabelhaus, Owensboro; brothers, Herb Sabelhaus (Jerri), Evansville, Mark Sabelhaus (Dawn), Millersport, Ohio, Vic Sabelhaus (Paula), Carroll, Ohio; her best friend, Suzanne Bruce, New Albany; a niece and nephews. Her mother, Blanche (Morris) Martin, preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM CST on Saturday, August 13, 2011, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 Friday and from 9-10 Saturday. Memorials to Perry County Humane Society.
