Bob Howard

Tell City, Indiana Robert M. "Bob" Howard, 70, passed away February 8, 2020 at Owensboro (KY) Health Regional Hospital. He was born in Evansville, Indiana on February 8, 1950 to the late William "Mack" and Thelma (Jarboe) Howard. Bob retired from General Electric after 25 years. An avid gun collector, he had owned Bob's Guns, formerly in Tell City. He also liked to collect Harley Davidson memorabilia and was a garage sale bargain hunter. Bob enjoyed his dog, Mouse. Surviving are his children, Lisa Beeler (Mike), Raleigh, NC and Darrell Howard (Theresa), Shawnee, KS; a sister, Betty Sue Rhodes (Don), Tell City and a brother, Bill Reid (Janice), Tell City. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM CST on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Pastor Charles Areson will officiate. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Tell City First Church of the Nazarene.
