Betty Cronin

Tell City, Indiana Betty J. Cronin, 85, passed away Monday, May 6, 2013 at Oakwood Health Campus. She was born in Perry County November 26, 1927, daughter of the late Lloyd K. Terry Sr. and Lillian (Lawalin) Terry. Also preceding her in death was her husband Kenneth H. Cronin in 2007, sisters, Carolyn Purtzer and brothers, Lloyd "Jack" Terry, Jr. and Robert Terry and step-daughter, Sherrill Jean Wedding. Betty was a homemaker and had worked at General Electric. She enjoyed flowers, gardening and taking care of her home and family and her kitty cat "Missy". She is survived by daughters; June Williams, Evansville, Indiana, Karen Sue Kipling, Central City, Kentucky and Jackie Beeler, Gentryville, Indiana; sons, Terry "T-pot" Cronin, Rockport, Indiana and Brian Cronin, Greenville, Kentucky; sisters, Alice Moesner, Evansville, Indiana and Lavada Cronin, Tell City; brother, Marshall "Doc" Terry, Tell City, Indiana; 12 grandchildren, Don Wheeler, Lori Cronin, Cory Cronin, Sherri Edwards, Jill Stutzman, Neal Kaufman, Holly Evans, Alex Grundy, Jessica Boop, Nick Beeler, Scott Wedding and Lisa Abney; 21 great grandchildren, Haley and Torey Wheeler, Robin Cronin, Justin, Chrissy and Tiffany Borden, Sammy Jo, Morgan and Sarah Stutzman, Emily and Sean Kaufman, Kalista and Kenzea Evans, Dani Lynn, Macy and Lane Boop, Scott and Josh Wedding, Mary Oldham, Taylor and Amanda Abney; 2 great-great grandchildren, Grey and Jeannie Wedding. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Pastor Paul Alvey will officiate. Visitation will be from 3:00 until 8:00 PM Tuesday and from 9:00 AM until service time Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association.
