Bessie Patton

Tell City, Indiana Bessie Patton, 86, passed away Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at Oakwood Health Campus. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas April 8, 1925 daughter of late Albert and Eva Louise (Fulkerson) Gilmore. Bessie is also preceded in death by her daughter, Elaine Alexander, grandson, Josh Alexander, brothers, U.S. Gilmore and Bill Granger and a sister Idella Cassidy. Bessie was a member of Tell City Church of Christ and enjoyed reading and watching television. She is survived by a son Jim Adkins of Tell City and grandson David Fulkerson and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Friday, March 2, 2012 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel with burial in Lilly Dale Cemetery. Bro. Ben Rake will officiate. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 7:00 PM on Thursday and from 11:00 AM until service time on Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to Lilly Dale Cemetery.
