Andrew Terry

Tell City, Indiana Andrew E. Terry, 75, passed away Monday, October 22, 2012 at Golden Living Center-Lincoln Hills. He was born January 21, 1937 in Perry County, son of the late Russell and Flora (Kellems) Terry. Also preceding him in death were his brothers, Phillip, Richard, Kenneth and Michael Terry. Andrew was a graduate of Tell City High School and was a US Army veteran. He retired from Tell Chair Company and had worked at William Tell Woodcrafters. Andrew was a member of Lilly Dale Church of Christ, American Legion Post #213, enjoyed country music, especially Hank Williams Jr., NASCAR, and car racing. He is survived by sisters, Margary Loper, Gatchel, Indiana, Ollie Hobbs, Holland, Indiana, Sharon Williams, Tell City and Anona Lawson, Hawesville, Kentucky, brothers, Eddie Terry, Troy Indiana, John Terry, Chrisney, Indiana, and nephew Johney Lawson Jr., Tell City, Indiana, who cared for him. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel with burial in Lilly Dale Cemetery, where there will be military graveside rites conducted by the American Legion Post #213. Pastor Harry McDonald will officiate. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time. Memorial contributions may be made to Lilly Dale Church or Cemetery.
