Tell City, Indiana Agnes Faulkenberg, 85, passed away Monday September 22, 2003 at St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis, Indiana. Agnes was born March 4, 1918 in St. Croix, Indiana where she lived for 74 years.She was a loving wife, mother, and homemaker who was active in Holy Cross Catholic Church at St. Croix where she married her husband Lafe Faulkenberg on November 24, 1938. She was instrumental in organizing the Home Demonstration Club in Northern Perry County. An avid gardener, she especially enjoyed growing roses and also making quilts. After the death of her husband Lafe on April 21, 1992, she moved to Tell City where she attended St. Paul Catholic Church. She volunteered at the Council of Agencies and enjoyed playing euchre at the OAKS Center in Cannelton and at William Tell Senior Citizens in Tell City. Preceding her in death were her parents, William and Mary Florence (Dupaquier) Donnelly, a son, Don Faulkenberg; two sisters, Hannah (Donnelly) Hubert and Helen (Donnelly) Kelly; and two brothers, Joseph & Ed Donnelly. Survived by: A daughter Mary (Faulkenberg) Kemper and her husband Roger, Carmel, IN A sister, Phyllis (Donnelly) LaGrange and her husband Gerald, Dale,Indiana A sister in law, Lynette Donnelly, Troy, Indiana A daughter in law, Noreen (Morley) Faulkenberg, Scottsburg, Indiana A grandson, Larry Kemper and his wife Kelley and daughters, Abby and Katie of Westfield, Indiana A grandson, Brian Kemper, Carmel, Indiana Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday September 26, 2003 at St. Paul Catholic Church with burial in Holy Cross Cemetery in St. Croix, Indiana. Rev. Carl Deitchman OSB will officiate. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday and from 8:00 AM until 9:30 AM Friday at Huber Funeral Home-Tell City Chapel where there will be a prayer service at 6:30 PM Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Cross Cemetery, St. Vincent Hospice or St. Paul Catholic Church Remembrances may be made online at www.huberfuneralhome.net
