Patrick Lamar

Tell City, Indiana Patrick L. "Pat" LaMar, 54, passed away July 8, 2017 at Mercy Hospital Clermont in Batavia, OH. He was born in Tell City, Indiana on July 19, 1962 to the late Wallace and Lanora (Bruggeman) LaMar. Also preceding him in death was his brother, Steve LaMar and step son, Cliff Jackson. Pat was a 1980 graduate of Perry Central High School. He was currently working at Lutgring Brothers, for over 30 years as a heavy equipment operator. He was married on October 20, 2012 to the former Diane Sanford. Pat was active in helping people thru Narcotics Anonymous. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, grilling and cooking, being outdoors, gardening and would always be known to have a project started to tinker with. Surviving are his wife, Diane LaMar, Tell City; step children, Maiyia Ady, Aurora, CO, Kathryn Bloom (Arnie) and Daniel Ady, all of Canton, OH, Chris Sabelhaus and Casey Hall (B.J.), all of Tell City; a sister, Anna "Kris" LaMar, Tell City; brothers, Joe LaMar (Pam), Williamsburg, OH and Kevin LaMar (Kim) of Leopold; several step grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Pastor Tony Kimbrel will officiate. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4:00-8:00 PM and Wednesday 9:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Narcotics Anonymous or Dopeless Hope Fiends.
