Larry Hess

Larry Allen Hess, 61, passed away July 27, 2017 at Perry County Memorial Hospital. He was born in Tell City, Indiana on December 5, 1955 to the late Clara Mae (Reed) and Harold Hess, Sr. Also preceding him in death were his brothers, Gary and Ronnie Powers and Harold Hess, Jr. and a sister, Judy Clark. Larry was united in marriage on April 30, 1992 to the former Marranda Carter. He enjoyed cooking, going to yard sales, watching T.V. and his flower gardens. Surviving is his wife, Marranda Hess of Tell City; brothers, Tom Hess (Rose Parker), Cannelton, Victor Hess, New Orleans, LA and Ray Powers, Jr. (Diana), Gentryville; a sister, Cheryl Barnett (Mark), Evansville. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation will also be Saturday from Noon until 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
