Breah Marie Cummings

St. Croix, Indiana

Breah Marie Cummings, 20, passed away on February 8, 2024 from injuries sustained in a car accident.

She was born on May 29, 2003 and was a 2021 graduate of Perry Central High School and earned a welding certificate from Lincoln Technical College in 2022. Breah was currently working at Accurity Industrial Contractors in Owensboro.

Breah lived life to the fullest and was always on the go. She was a country girl at heart that loved being outdoors. She enjoyed hiking, kayaking, hunting and fishing. She played high school softball and continued to play with her dad and sister; a pastime they all enjoyed. Coming from a big family, Breah enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, her boyfriend and their dogs, Peanut and Bullet.

Surviving are her parents, Greg and Brandy (Craney) Cummings, St. Croix; her boyfriend, Justin Poehlein, Eckerty; sisters, Skyly Cummings (William Clark), Odon and Myah Cummings, St. Croix; nephew, Ezekiel Clark; grandparents, David and Tammy (Pfeifer) Craney, Derby; great grandparents, Bob and Janell Pfeifer, Leopold and Pastor Don and Shirley Buck, Osgood; aunts and uncles, Sammy Ambs (Jason), Lamar, Josh Craney (Krystal), Derby, Dawn Seals (Alan), Jasper and Chris Cummings (Julie), Huntingburg; God child, Josie Ambs, Lamar and several great aunts, great uncles and cousins, who Breah was incredibly close with.

Preceding her in death were her grandparents, Keith and Cindy (Smith) Cummings.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM CDT on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Eckerty.

Visitation will be on Monday, February 12, 2024 from 3:00-7:00 PM and Tuesday from 10:00 AM -1:00 PM at the funeral home.
