Preplanning at Huber Funeral Home

There are some things that people find difficult to talk about. Death is one of them. You buy insurance for medical emergencies, fire emergencies or automobile accidents. It only makes sense to plan for something that is a certainty. There are many reasons for preplanning a funeral, none more important than your family. Preplanning a funeral just makes good sense.

You will find a form below where you can record your information and personal wishes. We will retain a copy of your requests in a confidential file and will send a copy to you for your records. We feel that it is important for you to share this information with your immediate family, so they will be aware of the choices that you have made. You will be lifting a burden of decisions off of them at a time when wise decisions are difficult to make. Family members will not have to search for insurance policies, military records or family data. They will know and respect your personal wishes. If you have any questions about this form, please feel free to call us. Our pre-planning specialist will assist you personally at either of our locations, or in the privacy of your own home.
